To update the code check requirements based on more recent Recommended Practice. i.e.:

1. Fatigue option 'ERD' is based on DNV RP-C203 (2014). While this revision had long been superseded and not available from DNV website, we need to perform/verify the assessment accordance to more recent RP (2021).
2. For inline ‘DN3’ option, the δ0, misalignment inherent in the SN data in DNV RP-C203 2008 equal to 0.1*t.
More recent RP suggested that the δ0 equal to 0.05*t.

In general, the users need some more updated check that aligned to latest RP or code of practice.
