Drag And Mass Coefficients + wake encounter for members that are NOT nearly vertical (more than 15 degrees from vertical)

In the current version, SACS only calculates wake encounter for members that are almost vertical (within 15 degrees) if I enter WE or WD in CDM card. However, the option for NOT nearly vertical members (more than 15 degrees from vertical) is not available at this moment.
Please add an option to calculate wake encounter for NOT nearly vertical members.
