I proposed SACS to have an option to put PARTIALLY FIXITIES on the beam end or the boundary conditions.

Currently, SACS has only option to specify fully fixed or fully pinned at the beam end or boundary condition.

If it is allowed user to specify 50%, 60% 70% fixities. It would give benefit a lot.
