The user can select member groups to exclude. However, in many cases it would be more beneficial to have the option to include member groups. In many cases the include list is much shorter than the exclude list.

This way you can see how long each iteration takes.

I found this very useful when originally learning to use AnalysisEngine to get reassurance that it was actually running after setting it off. Otherwise, if output files aren't created where expected, it is hard to figure out what has gone wrong
